Heeled Chelsea Boots- £3!
So I've recently been going to car boots on a regular basis with my papa, it's safe to say my thrifting abilities have not yet been discovered as this is my first ever purchase and ironically, from a business based stall. Regardless, I was so unbelievably surprised to find these beauties in a box labelled "sale". After purchasing a similar yet more bulky pair last year from H&M and being disappointed, I've been looking around for a more affordable version of the well known Topshop Allegra Boots. Although I find they're a bit too big for me, they are so comfortable and I'm sure layering cute socks will aid the gap. Let's hope this is the first of many thrifted finds!

Blogger Style Challenge: House Of Frazer
All from House Of Fraser
1 Marella Fariseo Jacket £290 / 2 Nine West Perfectpr5 Boots £160 / 3 O Clock Tone On Tone Watch £35
4 Kookai Lacquer Denim Jean £79 / 5 Mango Sleeveless Loose-Fit Top £22.99 / 6 Ralph Lauren Newbury Tote Bag
I've styled this outfit with a plain white loose fitting top, this is just so that you aren't too warm with the jacket on top, purely for those last days of sun!
Choosing not to add any accessories, I added this simple white watch of which I feel makes the outfit look a bit more polished.
Jeans again, are another key piece to my winter wardrobe. I love the fact that you are able to wear leggings underneath without anybody knowing yet still remain just as cosy. The detail of the zips and side paneling also gives the outfit more of an edge than say a pair of ordinary jeans would which is always, a bonus.
Boots are an essential in the colder weather, especially if your feet get as cold as mine! Again, going that extra size up will give you enough space to put on your warm fluffy socks. I decided to go with a leopard print style boot as I feel it lightens up the outfit due to not opting for anything colourful (surprise, surprise).
Lastly, I chose to match the boots with the bag (which may I add is gorgeous) to help compliment the outfit and bring it together as a finished look.
So that's it guys, my Autumn/Winter look for the House of Fraser blogger style challenge. If you fancy giving it ago, you can find all the information here regarding how.

CURRENT STYLE INSPIRATIONS
I've been thinking a lot recently about ways to create variations between posts on my blog. I figured it'd be interesting to let you get to know me more as at the moment I feel I'm just the girl behind the camera. In this post I'm going to be sharing with you an insight into what (and more importantly) who, inspires me. I've selected a small few of my personal favourite style icons from may I add a very long list, I hope this will be somewhat interesting for you and who knows, it may even inspire you too.
Celebrity- Cherry Healey
After vividly following her diverse documentaries "How to Get A Life" featured on BBC Three, I think it was foreseeable from the beginning that her minimalistic yet chic style was edging her more and more into my most envied style crush (only in the nicest way). The thing that inspires me most about Cherry Healey is that she's relatable, I find myself discarding bold items and if I'm honest, colour in general. As a lot of Cherry's style features more nudes and darker shades, it gives me food for thought as to how I can interpret my flat paletted wardrobe to be more robust and exciting. Although I can appreciate individuals with more adventurous and daring styles, I often find it hard to be inspired by outfits that would personally be out of my comfort zone. Although now the series has come to an end, Cherry's blog allows me to continue coveting over every item of clothing she owns, especially this dress.
Blog- http://itsanothergirlslife.blogspot.co.uk/
The gorgeous Mary from Another Girls Life. I admire this girl's straight to the point attitude and is something I get both amusement and interest from reading on a regular basis. The mixture of beauty, fashion and personal posts gives you different combinations as a reader leaving you attentive for any upcoming and future posts. As a new blogger, I can only hope my blog will one day be of as much appeal to you as Another Girls Life is to me.
Youtube- http://www.youtube.com/user/NiaSays
As an avid clothes hauder, I can't get enough of NiaSays youtube video's. I feel it would be difficult for anybody following her youtube channel not to be enticed by the positive energy her personality and love for fashion and beauty gives off. Her taste for fashion encourages me to be more courageous with my own style and try things new and fresh, regardless of what is considered the norm. It's people like Nia I need to thank for putting herself out there, irrespective of those who don't relate to her style so that me and the ones who do, can be inspired by it.

WEEKEND WISHLIST
The autumn/winter collections are finally creeping their way into stores and as you may notice I will be making the most of it, especially where faux leather and fur is involved anyway. I find that my style has discarded trainers from making an appearance in my outfits, with the odd exception of my converse of course. From this, you might be wondering why I have decided to feature a pair of these suede hidden wedge sneakers and I honestly wish I had a legit answer for it. I guess that after seeing Millie Mackintosh wearing them, I found myself wanting them more than I should.
A few posts back (here) I spoke about a website called fashiolista and whilst browsing came across this gorgeous chanel bag now, regardless of the fact I am a poor student and will most probably never be fortunate/rich enough to own a bag as nice as this one, I figured I'd add it in anyway. Why not right? a girl can dream.

SET YOUR ARMS DOWN
Shirt- H&M
Skirt- Monki
Hat- H&M
So, this is what I'm wearing today! I've got to pop into town to post some items and then I think I'll see to my coffee craving. I'm afraid I'll have to give myself some encouragement to not get tempted by shopping as I'm on a spending ban as of now! It probably won't last but hey, it's worth a try. As my bedroom has had a huge makeover, it's actually left me with space to photograph! The sun coming in and out did make the photo's vary in exposure which meant fiddling around with the curtains on various different occasions, I'll get there eventually though. This look is also featured on my lookbook if you're interested. X

WEEKEND WISHLIST
1 2 3 4 5
I'm loving this whole look at the moment and is definitely something I think I'll be taking into Autumn/winter with me. I'd seen some boots similar to this on eBay a while back however they weren't in my size and when I saw these killers on the H&M website I was pleasantly surprised! Unable to find them in store, I think I'll definitely be ordering myself a pair as soon as possible. I think adding brighter shades of lippy to a simple outfit can really make a difference and is why I think "vegas volt" by mac would be perfect paired with this style. However at £14 a go I think I'll be turning to topshop to sort me out with something similar. X

WEEKEND WISHLIST
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
I've been wanting this midi dress ever since I saw londonscloset wearing it! It's absolutely perfect for this time of year and can be layered up or down for your desired look. Again, I've featured numbers that I personally feel would go together nicely as an outfit, inspired by the website polyvore. I think it's the style i'm going to continue my weekend wishlist based on with the odd exception of different related items, such as this book "Looking For Alaska" by John Green. I've only heard good things about this book so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it. I hope you enjoy! X

CAMPING TRIP

WEEKEND WISHLIST
Firstly can I say, look at those trainers. Aren't they just wonderful! (not so much the price however) Regardless, I think it'd go great collaborated together to make an outfit, especially with the temperamental weather we're having recently. I'm going away for a short holiday break with my boyfriend tomorrow and so unfortunately I won't be able to post for a few days ! Nevertheless, I'll try my best to photograph some of my outfits whilst I'm gone. Hope you guys like the outfit as much as I do, although no doubt I'll be pining over the fact I can't afford any of it at the moment! X
